Role – Problem Manager
Location – Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Job Description: –
· Focus on Problem Management, delivering continuous availability for and related infrastructure.
· The scope of our work is CoreTech managed P1, P2 and P3 priority incidents escalated to the Digital Operations Center (DOC) and the analysis for root cause so the right corrective actions are implemented to prevent or minimize recurrence or limit the incident impact.
· Work to meet internal Problem Tasks to agreed SLA’s.

Salary: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
