Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, CRM, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be organized and able to handle many diverse projects at once with the ability to meet deadlines.
Essential Functions & responsibility:
· Developing strategies for brands, new products, and entrance into new markets.
· Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
· Review results and data to ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and social media to promote products, events, and general brand awareness.
· Develop and manage traditional print marketing campaigns.
· Manage outsourced marketing functions
· Managing and analyzing websites content, traffic, SEO, and SEM
· Responsible for creating, acquiring, managing, updating, and protecting all marketing related assets
· Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments
Supervisory Responsibility
This position works primarily with the sales and marketing team but also cross-functionally within the organization.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel required: 10%-20% domestic travel.

· Visual communication and graphic design background
· Experience with of web site design and content management
· Well versed in internet advertising and media
· Time management and organization
· Knowledge and proficiency of sales, marketing, and graphics software.
· Ability to prioritize priorities and objectives in a fast-paced environment
· Adaptable / flexible
Required Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
· Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
· Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
· Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Preferred Education & Experience:
· 5+ years prior experience in Marketing related position.
· Strong business and organizational management skills
· Visual communication and graphic design background
· Experience with of web site design and content management
