WHY ARE WE HIRING?

Nobody quit. We promoted our Finance Manager. We are simply understaffed due to recent growth in both inventory and sales volume. We have opened the faucet on marketing and lead acquisition. Now, we are missing opportunities due to too much traffic and too many leads (a good challenge to have).

ABOUT US:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contract new business, sell F&I products and close transactions
• Generate finance income on deliveries
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek, work, and improve bank approvals on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of automotive leasing and leasing programs
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Work with Sales Management on Sales Floor to help with vehicle closings
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
• Whatever needs to be done
• This position is part of our sales leadership / management team and will cooperate with other sales managers to ensure the successful operation of the variable department.
