The individual will support the EVP of Commercial Operations, and its staff with pricing and sales analysis associated with NA Truck & Bus Sales
Responsibilities:
Financial modelling to support thoughtful target setting and decision making for sales and pricing
Prepare and present financial & operational reporting to support the sales and pricing organizations by customers, regions or product
Analyze orders, sales, deliveries and dealer stock, as well as pricing and sales program performance
Explain variances to targets
Pro-actively identify trends, generate insights & develop actionable recommendations for improvement
Own the Pricing Performance calculation
Collaborate with accounting on revenue recognition entries
Support integrated financial planning and reporting cycle of the corporation
Lead a team of 4 employees
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 6 years of finance and budgeting experience
At least 3 years of leadership experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 5 years of finance and budgeting experience
At least 3 years of leadership experience
OR
At least 10 years of finance and budgeting experience
At least 3 years of leadership experience
Additional Requirements:
