The Financial Crimes Portfolio Technical Software Product Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of financial crimes solutions, ranging from regulatory content solutions to advanced data analytics applications, as well as user interface solutions. The selected candidate will work closely with account managers, product experts, engineers, and creative staff to improve the usability of the solutions and enhance the end-user experience.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert within the financial crime and regulatory reporting space
• Evaluate potential business use cases and create product proposals to improve product reach or end-user experience
• Create and document detailed technical product specifications for software engineering
• Collaborate closely with a team of engineers, designers, and potentially other stakeholders to evaluate product direction
• Analyze new technologies, including AI, data science, development frameworks, and others to determine potential improvements.
• Define, monitor, and analyze metrics for existing and upcoming products and features
• Return ‘lessons learned’ back into the product development process. Define and drive experiments and tests to identify key drivers of engagement growth.
• Partner closely with leaders across product, engineering, marketing, and data science, as well as external partners and customers.
• Maintain a strong point of view on what is best for the end customer.
• Build key metrics and drive the building of exec-facing dashboards to track the progress of the business and its highest-priority initiatives
• Identify Potential Market growth opportunities, deep analysis of existing product flows, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision-making.

What do You Need to Bring

• Ability to write technical product proposals and specifications for software development
• Knowledge of software development stacks, specifically on the Java platform;
• business analysts and data scientists in a cohesive streamlined.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach to draw enriched data insights and influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience;

• Requires at least 5 years of closely related work experience in software product management or business analysis

• Requires the ability to provide strong customer service

• Ability to multi-task and ability to interact with employees and visitors in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong experience with Microsoft Visio

• Experience with Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,580.65 – $151,358.05 per year
