NativePath Looking for Supply Chain Manager at Remote Full Time

Position Summary

The NativePath Team is seeking an Experienced Supply Chain Manager with proven leadership skills to develop and implement end-to-end Supply Chain Management from sourcing and procurement to fulfillment and shipping. This hire will succeed by being entrepreneurial, resourceful, strategic, and organized, while highly adaptable to a constantly evolving environment. This position will manage the company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain. This role is responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses. This position directly manages the inventory and purchase order system; and is responsible for forecasting and demand analysis. This role also serves as the subject matter expert for specialized knowledge of purchasing, freight rate negotiation methods, and 3pl strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining positive inventory levels across vendors and fulfillment partners.

• Develop, foster, and own positive, productive relationships with all NativePath vendor partners.

• Onboard new vendors to diversify sources and mitigate gaps in supply chain.

• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiencies in the supply chain.

• Innovate on and implement new strategies to forecast supply and coordinate production, while preventing supply shortages.

• Collaborate daily & weekly with Leadership, Customer Experience, Finance, and all outside Vendors.

• Incorporate more stability into our inventory management and planning, while helping to introduce change-making upgrades to our existing processes and technologies.

• Manage and grow 3pl network, vet, recommend, and onboard new warehouse.

• Monitor execution of plans and supply/demand performance through the development, tracking, and performance management of KPIs for Supply Chain Operations.

• Frequently review and report progress and performance to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years successful management and leadership in the supply chain environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Extensive experience managing the day-to-day and long-term inventory levels of fast moving products.

• Experience working in the direct-to-consumer space with a flexible mentality.

• Experience in supply chain management, production management, vendor management, and fulfillment management is required, experience in the supplement space preferred.

• Technical knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory management, and processes to meet objectives.

• Experience managing external partnerships.

• Proven success negotiating with Suppliers and Vendors.

• Success in strategic sourcing and contracts, production planning and analysis.
