We have been providing excellent service to businesses and individuals in IL as well as all over the US for over 30 years, with a growing virtual presence. Our associates work from our office in Northbrook, IL, as well as remotely.
The working arrangement is flexible, depending on the situation of the qualified candidate – either completely remote, or in-office with the opportunity to become remote, as your experience with our clients increases. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising tax preparers – performing final review of individual and business tax returns
- Preparation of Tax Returns with various complexity – 1040, 1120s, 1120, 1065
- Conducting tax research and creating tax planning strategies
- Ensuring all functions are completed in timely manner
- Fostering and maintaining excellent client relationships and providing outstanding customer service
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- 10+ years experience in PUBLIC accounting
- Experienced in all levels of tax return preparation and public accounting
- Experienced in managing a team of tax preparers
- Experienced serving small to medium sized businesses
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with clients – via phone, email, video conference, and in person
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- UltraTax
- QuickBooks – Online & Desktop
- Excel
EDUCATION
- Accounting or Finance related bachelor’s degree required
- CPA preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
