Our client has a reputation for excellence by providing kind, attentive, and respectful in-home care for more than 50 years and we are assisting them to find a compassionate home care nurse for a 13-week assignment in Gaylord, Michigan.
Caseload 20-25 patients
3-6 visits per day
Benefits and Compensation
- Salary: $69 – 74 / hour based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse
- Shifts: Day shift only
- Weekend: Required 1 weekend out of a 3-weekend schedule
- Starts of Care for new clients
- Routine Visits
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Regularly evaluate plans of care and update as-needed.
- Educate patients and their families on how to follow care plans.
- Promotes personal and patient safety.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience
- ACLS, BLS
- Michigan State registered nurse license required
- OASIS Experience, WOCN
- EMR: Home care Home Base
- Must be proficient with IVs, NPWT, ostomies, wound care, venipuncture.
