As a Customer Success Manager at MyndYou, you will help lead the delivery of breakthrough solutions to healthcare organizations and patients across the U.S. In this role, you will work both directly with customers and behind-the-scenes to ensure smooth delivery of customer projects.

This full-time position is based in the U.S. with a strong preference for candidates in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a core part of the Customer Success team, you will be focused on delivering value to our customers and their patients and members
• Managing customer relationships throughout the design, implementation, and growth phases
• Monitoring customer data for trends, opportunities, and overall customer health
• Ensuring customers meet their goals
• Closely collaborating with internal teams (including clinical and R&D) on different features and projects related to your customers

Key Experience:
Required:

• 1-2 years’ experience on a B2B/B2B2C customer-facing team
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with customers and collaborate across teams
• Proactive, results-driven mindset; committed to getting the job done for your customers
• Fluent in English
