Plant Manager / 3D Printing
$100,00-140,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits
SUMMARY
* As a member of the 3D Printing leadership team, you will lead the functions of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Materials Management.
* Establish/implement policies and procedures for effective operations; ensure compliance to all applicable company policies
* Ensure compliance with corporate standards for human resource management, safety and loss prevention, cost control, waste reduction, quality, and on-time delivery, with all Federal, State and Local legal and regulatory requirements.
* Responsible for budget planning and results to meet financial & strategic objectives
* Manage resources, including all capital planning and expenditures.
* Develop innovative and cost-effective methods of manufacturing, labor management, material procurement and utilization to position 3D Printing for continued growth.
* Support Henkel quality initiatives: lead the commitment at all levels of direct and indirect personnel to follow the ISO 9001, & IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
* Audit facility operations continuously by reviewing performance, major item variances, and other critical business elements,
* Establish and maintain customer/business relationships necessary for the successful operation of 3D Printing business.
* Ensure Safety and Quality throughout the operation
* Responsible for review and implementation of Social Responsibility Programs
* Maintain a clean work area with the 5-S program.
Your Skills:

* Have/Gain an in-depth technical understanding and knowledge to the 3D Printing resin technologies.

* Comprehensive business process and systems knowledge, such as ERP, and the ability to identify and implement best practices.
YOUR SKILLS
*B.S. or B.A. degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
*7+ years of experience in various manufacturing and product development assignments, including leadership in production/process.
*Experience in multiple environments; production, product development, plant startups and production scale ups desirable.
*Proven analytical, project management and systems background.
*Knowledge of chemical/liquid batching processes desirable
IDEAL CANDIDATE
This person will be the Plant Manager of our 3D Printing location Dixon, CA. There are about 10 – 15 employees at this site. This person will wear many hats, they will work with quality, engineering, safety, operations, etc.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
