Prepare monthly reconciliations for selected bank accounts. General Ledger recording and reconciliation of assigned companies. Assist with Unclaimed Property reporting. Process electronic funds transfers and prepare daily cash position reports, including cash forecasts as needed. Assist with treasury, accounting and core system upgrades as needed. Provide requested documentation for internal and external audits. Assist in preparation of monthly investment reports for the Finance Committee. Assist with developing, modifying, documenting and implementing policies and procedures as requested. Prepare investment schedules for NAIC quarterly and annual filings of assigned companies, Monthly investment processing, Performs other duties as assigned.
BA or BS required. Accounting or Finance major preferred.
One to two years accounting experience.
Database, spreadsheet and word experience, especially Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills.
Able to work effectively with multiple monthly deadlines.
