Job Title: Amazon Product Manager
Reports To: Director of Merchandising
Location: Remote (Company is Headquartered in Salt Lake City)

Position Summary
The Amazon Product Manager will be a critical member of the Mrs. Fields team and responsible for managing the Amazon Seller and Vendor Central business platforms. Duties will include assortment management, pricing, optimizing shipping, reporting, inventory analysis and overall account management.
Additionally, this individual will be responsible for interfacing with corporate resources to ensure business goals are met in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate is experienced, analytical, intellectual, energetic, and a self-starter.
Responsibilities and Objectives:
Manage Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central relationship and strategy in highly competitive environment
Create promotional calendar with Amazon Vendor Manager and other eCommerce customers
Partner with Merchant team to execute primary, exclusive, and seasonal product assortment
Monitor and track performance on a weekly/monthly/annual basis versus budget
Work with brand marketing to create eCommerce and digital marketing content Amazon Seller Central platform
Adhere to and report on KPI metrics
Develop short and long-range objectives, strategies, monitor and report performance vs. objectives and initiatives, make recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential while satisfying customer demands
Play a vital role in the communicating, connecting, and leading at all levels of the organization
Partner with Planning team to ensure demand and timely shipping schedules are met
Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify opportunities, account for variances, drive root cause analyses and implement improved methods and procedures for all functional areas
Define information systems, technology, or automation requirements to support higher volume, future growth
Manage cross functional relationships with key stakeholders and leaders across the business to ensure cross functional support and knowledge sharing
Must be willing to dive into problems, take ownership, and lead to solutions
Qualifications
4+ years experience in eCommerce consumer goods
Bachelors Degree in relevant program of study
Understanding of current eCommerce best practices and technological capabilities
Experience overseeing Amazon channel and Seller Central experience; track record managing Amazon partnership for medium sized organization with accelerated growth
Experience working in an agency environment or in managing agencies
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
