POSITION SUMMARY:
We’d love to work with a smart, fun-spirited, and creative social media expert* with a video-first approach.
Working in collaboration with our marketing and executive team, this role will promote Moxie’s services, thought leadership, and increase exposure for our CEO, Fia Fasbinder.
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS:
1) It is critical that you are proactive and take the initiative to grow accounts, increase engagement, and drive interest in our services. We’re looking for someone who knows what needs to be done and makes it happen.
2) You should love creating social content, building a tribe of loyal followers, and engaging with diverse audiences.
3) You have the organizational skills and experience to manage and post across several social channels.
4) You enjoy coming up with new ideas, remain up to date on industry trends, and find inventive ways to create relevant and engaging content.
5) You have an interest and expertise in repurposing our YouTube video content for other social channels.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
We pride ourselves on giving each person ownership of their role. You will have a lot of freedom to experiment and collaborate with others to bring your ideas to life. You’ll be provided video content to “chop up” and distribute and assistance with graphics and copy if needs be, but ideally, you will feel comfortable crafting the majority of the posts yourself.
