Growing family-owned shop with fun atmosphere and state-of-the-art equipment seeking a full-time service advisor. Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and helping them determine repairs and relevant costs.
Identifying and advising customers of any additional vehicle maintenance or repair opportunities deemed valuable to maintain vehicle safety and performance
Generating repair orders and billing customers when work is completed.
Ordering and tracking parts and shop supplies.
Overseeing and managing schedule and workflow, including communicating customer needs and information regarding parts, time, etc with technicians.
Contacting customers to update them about their vehicle’s repair status.
Previous experience or automotive knowledge preferred. Customer service skills and valid driver’s license a must.

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
