Manage all activities in providing prompt, dependable and consistent service. Create and maintain a smooth flow of work to maximize the service departments potential and provide an exceptional customer experience by completing jobs as promised. Coordinates activities with other departments and to obtain optimum production and deliver excellent customer service. Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of the Service Department.
Guide service team on accepting work to maximize department potential. Review advisor notes and parts added to RO’s to ensure technicians have information and materials needed to successfully resolve and complete jobs the first time.
Coach advisors check-in sheets to ensure accuracy.
Support communication with customers as required to include job progress and notification of any changes in pricing and delivery expectations.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
