The Position:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator that has a passion for storytelling, loves to collaborate across departments and problem solves with the best of them. This purpose driven individual will help the dynamic, rapid growing marketing team with all things marketing. Bring your project management skills to the table and help the team execute on social media and B2C goals. From general marketing to managing multiple vendors you will need to be highly organized, and results focused to help the team meet company goals.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for daily marketing administrative duties, vendor management, preparing promo material, presentations, and social media content. To be successful in this role, you must have strong verbal and written communication, have a strong understanding of the marketing goals, and have the ability to manage multiple projects at once. We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to assist the marketing team to ensure company goals are met.

The Duties:

General Marketing

• Digital Audits
  • Digital and printed marketing collateral quarterly
  • Ensure that Marketing SharePoint is organized and updated ongoing
• Prepare and execute mailed campaigns for internal teammates, clients, or external partners as needed
• Creating lists and coordinate the gifts: assemble, print labels, ship
• Continual maintenance of the marketing closet and inventory of promotional items
• Build out visual content across branches by scheduling and coordinating outer markets to have a headshot
• Managing outside vendor quotes and communication
• Assist Senior Marketing Strategist in compiling metrics and data to create reports
• Support the Account Executive team by providing marketing support, developing presentations (quarterly business

reviews, RFPs, etc.) and marketing collateral, and defining sales tool requirements

• Navigate and leverage Hubspot as part of the digital marketing tech stack to execute the following:
• Create email automation campaigns collaborating with the Account Executive team (known as sequencing on Hubspot)
• Build targeted 1:1 email campaign, launching and tracking the results in HubSpot
• Responsible for suggesting methods to improve items such as sales processes, marketing campaigns and service to both prospects and current clients
• Designing reports, graphics, RFPs, sell sheets, presentations, etc. for internal and external marketing efforts
• Curate ongoing content with success client stories for staffing and Acción services
• Gathering the information and managing the project timeline on Production Calendar
• Gather information compiled for business reviews and maintain consistent frequency of reviews
• Make general updates to the website, working with external marketing vendors as needed
• Assist Director of Marketing in managing the task items and due dates outlined on the annual Production Calendar.

Content Creation + Social Media

• Execute on the content strategy and work as part of the marketing team to produce pieces, such as articles, social media posts, sell sheets, and communication that increase engagement and drive leads to the sales team
• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, corporate reports, senior leadership emails, corporate announcements, and presentations
• Design graphics and manage content calendar
• Use data-driven insights by working with marketing team to analyze content marketing metrics to suggest changes and write more effective assets
• Lead earned media efforts for all brands and across all markets.
• Lead the content calendar creation

The Qualities:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent time and project management abilities as you will be working between two areas of the business.
• You are a team player and raise your hand to figure out solutions.
• Attention to detail and creativity for building content
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
• Experience1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role or comparable marketing experience
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new programs quickly
