Service Sales & Account ManagerMoore’s Electrical and Mechanical is currently seeking a Service Sales & Account Manager in the Hampton Roads area. Position Overview: The Sales and Account Manager encourages the growth of our company by selling service and maintenance agreements, and promoting the positive aspects of our people, principles, performance standards and company identity in an ethical manner. Primary Responsibilities Include: Sell service and maintenance agreements (Commercial HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical). Develops and maintains effective selling techniques and strategies that allows for profitable customers to be developed. Oversees and evaluates all customer activities for the first 4 years of the customer. Is the customer liaison within each department. Maintains a customer visit program to ensure customer needs are being met and Moore’s is exceeding the customer’s expectations. Responsible for settling issues with customers in a timely manner. Service Sales Goals: Maximize current customer base. Sell new service and maintenance agreements in the goal amount given at the beginning of each year.
