We desire to hire a professional Finance Manager who is responsible for the oversight of the finances of Molinari Pools while promoting company values. This position requires a servant leader who contributes to the team-based environment, reports to work timely, communicates professionally with the team and the CEO. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company including maintaining the accounting system with a view of profit maximization
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness and as well ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and any ad hoc reporting required to assist management in making sound financial decisions
Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement
Lead planning and forecasting activities to facilitate the company’s goals
Participate in strategic data analysis, and research
Facilitate the year-end financial audit and the quarterly internal controls audit
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA or MBA preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting management experience
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Willingness to learn and utilize NetSuite for financial accounting management
Experience with financial systems
Required Pre-Employment:
Must have a valid and clean Florida driver’s license with 3 or more years of driving experience.
