Molex’s Industrial Solutions Business Unit is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois. This role reports directly to our Vice President, Finance and will have four direct reports.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Analyze business results to provide insight and drive actions within our business
- Partner with the BU leader to help drive strategic objectives and deliver business results.
- Leading/coaching a finance team to support the business
- Identifying key profit drivers, risks, and synergies related to potential business decisions and strategies.
- Ensure processes, reporting, and knowledge sharing is timely and valued added.
- Analyze capital projects and other growth opportunities for the business.
- Support other ad hoc analysis as needed

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Manufacturing finance experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, as needed
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead
- Being comfortable and skilled in data analysis; extracting, and interpreting data for decision making
- The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with all levels of an organization.
- Experience in an analytical, finance or accounting-related role, or a degree in similar fields
- Comfortable working with SAP, Business Warehouse, OneStream, and other EPM applications
- Experience supervising a team
