The Role Digital Marketing Specialist Molak Corp. is looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist to work with company’s restaurant, entertainment, and retail business units. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s online marketing strategies to maximize our online presence. This includes developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. You will also analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. You should have experience in digital marketing, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. In addition, you should be comfortable working with data and have experience with analytics tools. The position will be based at our Gruene, Texas headquarters and will report directly to our Director of Marketing. What you will do

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for our brands.
• Managing and optimizing the company’s websites, social media channels and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute promotional newsletters and social media ad campaigns within established brand guidelines.
• Analyze and interpret campaign data to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize analytical tools to track, report and analyze data.
• Manage budget and ensuring ROI for all digital marketing initiatives.

What you bring Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management and project management skills.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Extensive experience within the META Business Suite.
• Working knowledge of WordPress.
• Knowledge of creating and updating email campaigns and templates, creating segments and scheduling within email newsletter platform.
• Basic design skills.
• Ability to roll with ever changing priorities and work within tight deadlines if needed.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email campaigns, list building, social media, and display advertising.
• Experience with various analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
