Summary
The MOD Finance team is looking for a Finance Manager as we gear up for continued growth. This role will be responsible for helping leaders throughout the organization make strategic, analytically supported decisions and will act as the lead Finance team partner to our Development team, which includes the Real Estate, Construction, Facilities, and Store Design departments. If you are a proactive problem solver with a growth mindset who loves working with data and engaging others, you will thrive in this position.
After joining the team, you will play a key role in broadening the Finance team’s impact and reach. An average week might see you evaluate financial performance of a prospective new store site, financially assess the impact of a recent store renovation, meet with an executive leader to review a submitted business case, and analyze the results of recent store openings.
The Finance Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Office work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.
