MLS Powersports Hiring for Powersports Finance / F&I Department Manager Job at Georgetown, KY Full Time

MLS Powersports is a family owned, high volume, growing, multi-line powersports and equipment dealership in Georgetown, KY. We are seeking a top tier talent to serve as the Manager of our Finance (F&I) Department. This is a full-time, exempt management position with P&L, compliance, and Human Resource responsibility. Adding a management team member to our family is a big deal to us and we take it very seriously. Character and integrity are essential to this position. The successful candidate may go through multiple interviews, back ground and credit checks. This position does requires working many Saturdays and a passion for powersports.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Working with our lender partners to establish lending programs for our customers.
• Create and establish relationships with our F&I product partners, managing those relationships for the betterment of our consumers and the dealership.
• Manage all aspects of the department P&L ensuring the success and profitability of the business.
• Work with our OEM partners to determine the best OE provided mix of F&I products relative to the convergence of their goals and ours.
• Serve as a member of our management team to help develop and implement strategic and business plans for the growth and development of the business and its people.
• Manage the F&I department staffing to ensure we have the best people in the industry while ensuring that they are trained, developed and supported for success.
• Partner with our Sales Manager to maximize the potential of the dealership and ensure every customer is thrilled with their experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Successful track record as a dealership Finance & Insurance (F&I) representative.
• Experience with/passion for the powersports industry, even if not as a career.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer skills and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Track record of successful people leadership, even if in a different role
• Experience with contracts and vendor negotiations
• The ability to communicate and establish rapport with a very diverse customer base
• Retail/automotive or powersports sales experience is also very helpful
• A demonstrable history of successful P&L management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
