Overview:

General Manager- Manufacturing & Logistics-Production Manager-Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Manufacturing General Manager for a cannabis beverage company located in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in general management, manufacturing, and production roles.

Pay: $150,000 per year

Location: Lemoore, CA

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources to ensure that production goals are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to ensure that products meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and at the best possible cost.
• Analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions that improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the manufacturing team to achieve their full potential and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in general management, manufacturing, and production roles.
• Lean Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business
• Proven track record of implementing and managing efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus.
• Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 per year
