Miyagi-do Marketing is opening a brand new, state of the art call center, right here in OKC. We are searching for a General Manager/Operations Director for this office. We conduct independent political surveys on candidates and issues of importance throughout the US. We are anticipating a very busy election season. If you are a motivated individual with good leadership skills and are well organized, we think you may be a good fit for the position. It is important that you have experience using Microsoft Office and are somewhat computer savvy. The GM will be responsible for helping set up our new call center and running the day-to-day operations of the business. Your duties would include, but not be limited to: overseeing, hiring and scheduling staff, managing/completing projects and providing direction for the interviewers conducting the surveys. Once hired, you will be trained by another General Manager who has over 10 years experience working in this position and will provide you direction on how to run an operation such as this. If you have hospitality or any kind of customer service management experience, you will likely be a good fit. If you are excited to learn something new, we can teach you.
