SUMMARYResponsible for coordinating and tracking the engineering activities of TGR jobs.
Responsible for planning the Generator Bulletins(GB) and Maintenance Memos(MM) associated with jobs being quoted.
Drives business excellence by improving the tracking and execution of the GBs and Maintenance Memos by pre-planning packages during the GB and MM creation.
Responsible for process turnover and revalidation to the project management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain financial information in populated in Engineering folders Coordinate with Project Manager (PM), TGR GSE (TGR Generator Service Engineering) and site lead(s) to track performance of GBs and MMs; Develop an excel based spreadsheet to track time spent on jobs by task in order to compile the data and develop algorithms based on tasks and type of unit; Develop unit and outage specific work scopes, including necessary parts lists; Collaborate with TGR GSE, MELCO/MEPPI, and Mitsubishi Power Japan; Work with LTSA PMs and Ops managers to ensure parts are ordered on time per outage requirements; Track parts quotes through third party vendors; Maintain and track generator parts orders; Develop parts BOMs in conjunction with GSE; Perform other such duties as may be required; OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures reporting all unsafe activities to Management and/or Human Resources.
Able to manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple stakeholders and sometimes changing priorities Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Experience:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Project Management or corresponding field experience.
Proficiency with a variety of development, authoring, and content management tools.
Language Skills :
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
SAP, project management, spreadsheet and word processing software, electronic mail, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, scheduling software, etc.
