Job Summary : As a Marketing Specialist at Digio Strategies, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to promote our portfolio of local radio stations and digital marketing partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a keen understanding of the media landscape, and a passion for connecting with local communities through both traditional and digital channels.
Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote local radio stations and digital marketing services, encompassing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Collaborate with radio station partners and digital marketing companies to understand their unique selling points, target audience, and marketing goals.
Create engaging and compelling marketing content, including copywriting for advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials across various platforms.
Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to increase brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to radio station events and digital marketing campaigns.
Plan and coordinate promotional events, contests, and giveaways to enhance listener and audience participation and engagement.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization in both traditional and digital realms.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive in both traditional and digital spaces.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand promotional materials for both radio stations and digital marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual marketing goals.
Monitor and manage marketing budgets for various campaigns and initiatives.Qualifications : Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques is a plus.
