Mission Staffing Looking for Head of Financial Planning Analysis at New York, United States Full Time

Head of Financial Planning & Analysis Opportunity for an $85B AUM American Wealth Management Firm.

COMPENSATION:

$160,000 – $220,000 Base Salary + Bonus (25% to 60%)

$250,000 – $275,000 Total Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Controller to forecast firm cash flows and manage firm cash activities (e.g., distributions of income to partners).

• Works closely with team leads across the firm to understand individual business dynamics, trends and needs.

• Responsible for improving processes and data integrity within FP&A and Corporate Finance.

• Regularly perform analyses and/or create exhibits in response to one-off partner and senior management queries.
