Responsibilities but not Limited to:
- Analyzing financial data
- Actively participating in financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Researching macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions
- Preparing accounting and other required reports and projections based on the analysis performed
- Evaluating capital expenditures and asset depreciation
- Establishing and evaluating records, statements, and profit plans
- Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk and making recommendations
- Providing recommendations for improvement based on trends
- Coordinating with other departments when required to prepare and review financial information and forecasts
- Creating and updating financial models
- Making financial forecasts
- Analyzing inventory and Cash Flow Studies
- Work closely with departments for business assumptions and justifications to meet financial goals
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in data analysis and budget/forecast modeling
- Proficiency with Office 365, database, and financial software applications such as Power BI, Python, SQL
- Knowledge of FICO module of SAP is highly preferred
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proven people skills and abilities
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Occasional store visits and company team-building events would be mandatory when requested
- Occasional off-hour meetings with HQ may be necessary
- Proficient in Mandarin and English highly recommended
