The Integrated Marketing Strategist understands their customers better than anyone, defines integrated marketing plans, and leads cross-functional stakeholder groups to deliver program execution throughout the year. The Lead is the business owner who regularly measures movement of customers throughout the sales funnel, generates insights, and optimizes plans accordingly. A successful Program Lead has a proven record of motivating and influencing teams in a matrixed organization and knows how to prioritize based on the levers that drive the biggest impact.
