Michael Page Hiring for Procurement Finance Manager – W. Suburbs – Food and Beverage Job at Westmont, CA Full Time

• Work cross functionally with multiple business units and teams to achieve results centered around efficiency and cost savings.
• Organize and synchronize the financial planning and reporting process for the Procurement Team, including but not limited to, Customer/Supplier Score Card Updates, Monthly Variance Analysis, Hedge Reporting/Accounting, Commodity Analysis/Costing Analysis)
• Produce and provide reports to support the delivery of financial targets/KPIS (monthly cost savings reportings, communication of financial performances, and month-end reviews).
• Provide understanding of key financial KPIs (Savings Initiatives, Spend Budgets, etc.) across all plants and across all Procurement categories.
• Coordinate monthly meetings with the Procurement Team to ensure alignment on all major KPIs/Financial Targets.
• Own the monthly financial close process for the Procurement Department – working along side the Accounting and Supply Chain Finance Team.
• Create, enhance, and implement financial processes and systems with the overall goal of prioritizing cost savings opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience working in Finance, Procurement, or a blended Procurement/Supply Chain Finance Environment.
• Knowledge & previous use of SAP ERP System is STRONGLY preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral – presentations on a formal and informal basis will be a regular requirement of this position.
• Previous Leadership/Management experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi task and strong time management skills.
• Manufacturing/Food & Beverage Industry Experience is preferred
