Bachelor of Arts/Sciences degree in Accounting/Finance as well as seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in a senior level accounting/financial management position in a gaming/hospitality company.

Essential Job Functions:
Under the supervision of General Manager, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, directs the Finance team, reviews systems for efficiency improvement, creates a strong team environment and projects as required.
Analyzing company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
Assist senior management in strategic financial planning and performance management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking. Lead P&L reviews.
Provide strategic guidance around capital accounts to support company growth needs and objectives.
Manage cash flows.
Build robust internal financial and operational processes, optimize systems and modules, ensure consistent training.
Oversee purchasing and procurement at a high level. Implement systems that drive efficiencies in purchasing, receiving and accounting.
Interpret and communicate the latest financial reports enterprise wide.
Audit and improve productivity and effectiveness of current cross team processes. Serves as a property leader between auditors and enterprise.
Able to implement efficient technology and tools to help the finance team perform at a high level.
Own all aspects of Finance operations, including:
Regular financial reporting (e.g. preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements), forecasts, planning, budgeting, financial analysis, cash management, capital allocation, investing strategy, and procurement.
Timely and accurately provide reporting of financial information to internal parties, government regulators and outside agencies as required.
Manage and supervise all AR/AP cycles with external partners and customers – including the implementation of accounting and billing systems and controls.
Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis that stimulate meaningful financial impact.
