MPD is currently searching for a Financial Director (FD). The FD reports directly to the Executive Director and performs effective risk management and plans the organization’s financial strategy. It is a critical and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances. We seek a FD well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader supervising several staff directly and working closely with the rest of the administration. Candidates should have experience in government and private contracts as well as grant management, reporting and fundraising. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
This position pays $94,032.64 – $108,854.46 per year. Staff is an at-will employee. This is a full-time exempt position. In addition to compensation, MPD also offers:
