What To Expect
The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist will perform a key role in strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics of all business units to help support major business decisions and the overall financial health of the company. This position will also be responsible for organizing the annual budgeting process with all business unit leads and maintaining the budget and forecasting throughout the year. This role will be expected to provide project-based support for M&A activity, business development, and regular analytics to the finance and accounting department and senior management team. Responsibilities would include research, pricing and financial modeling, and in-depth analysis. In addition, this position may have supervisory responsibilities. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility at the manager’s discretion.

Unless fully remote, this position operates in a professional office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. However, some filing is necessary and may require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
