Program Manager, Career Programs Responsibilities:
Thoroughly understand Meta’s career narrative, philosophies and support available to enable growth
Based on data and insights, develop, prototype and implement programmatic solutions to support career growth through community
Establish and maintain company-wide cross-functional relationships, keeping relevant teams and stakeholders up to date and aware of program launches and opportunities for collaboration
Partner with the Manager Effectiveness team to understand the unique role a manager plays in supporting career growth and what our managers need in order to excel in supporting their directs
Develop company-wide materials – messaging, training content, individual or group exercises and reflections- around various career topics, including growth mindset, growth within role, career conversations, and community
Consult with leaders, HRBPs, resource groups, and managers looking to execute career events that up-level awareness across the company around how we support growth at Facebook
Communicate effectively with a broad set of stakeholders from People@ while sharing out learnings from programs, pilots, and events
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience generating creative ideas, prototype, and develop a plan to execute
7+ years of work experience in HR, program design or consulting
Experience with project management and change management
Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment
Experience using data and insights to develop targeted programmatic efforts to address problems and opportunities
Experience helping global organizations scale
Interested about Meta’s mission to bring the world closer together and just as interested about supporting the people working to make this mission a reality
Proven communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent HR work experience
Experience with scaled events in a global company
