Meridian Valley Country Club is seeking a Membership and Marketing Manager who is a creative and energetic person that is hospitality driven, organized, and eager to join our team! This position reports directly to the General Manager. This position will manage all sales, retention process and all marketing and PR tasks as it pertains to the club and its membership and is a team player.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement membership marketing plans, public relations programs and strategies.
- Maintains club’s membership roster and membership files.
- Develops a working knowledge of membership fees/classifications, Club Bylaws and Club Rules.
- Leads the Club in member retention and acquisition programs.
- Assists prospective members with tour and application process.
- Follows up on membership leads and referrals.
- Assess the need for or makes recommendations regarding membership classifications to ensure the needs of the changing market are met.
To be considered for this position the following qualifications are preferred
but not required:
- Marketing or social media management experience.
- Familiar with website marketing tools such as, Canva, Poster My Wall, Must Have Menus or equivalent.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent collaborator and skilled multitasker.
- Detail oriented..
- Driven, hardworking, independent and professional.
- Goal oriented and the ability to achieve them.
- Effectively problem solve by creating solutions, implementing the solutions and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Working knowledge of Golf is a plus!

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
