Mereo Networks is a premier bulk internet provider headquartered in Phoenix Arizona. We are looking to add an experienced Accounting Manager to the Finance Department. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the monthly close process, producing financial reports, and other ad hoc financial reports and analysis. This role will report to the CFO. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and intellectually curious to drive continuous improvement within the Finance Department.

Responsibilities
· Manage general accounting functions and oversee the monthly close process.
· Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
· Review monthly reconciliations.
· Create journal entries for key entries in the month end close process.
· Coordinate and manage external audits.
· Assist in managing A/P, A/R, and cash flows.
· Oversee and contribute to special projects and prepare various financial analyses.
· Document processes and key departmental policies.
· Drive continuous improvement within the department.
Qualifications/ Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting
· At least 5 years of experience in accounting
· CPA Certification a plus
· Experience in QuickBooks Online
· Experience in NetSuite.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
