Overview:
This position can be located at one of our Critical Access Hospitals in Southwest Missouri, including Mercy St. Francis Hospital, Mercy Hospital Aurora or Mercy Hospital Cassville.
This position is responsible for overseeing the production and reconciliation of financial statements and related internal and external financial reports for Critical Access Hospitals. The Sr Consultant Finance will assist the department manager in the coordination of project assignments and provide technical review/assistance on projects prepared by department co-workers. The Sr Consultant Finance will provide guidance to department co-workers and lead them in accomplishing tasks in a timely and efficient manner and will perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Position requires a minimum of Three years accounting or financial analysis experience.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university.
Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
Certifications: CPA preferred.
