Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Finance is responsible for the administration of the finance department and all financial and compliance-related functions for the company including AP, AR, payroll, budgeting, forecasting revenue and sales growth, expense, cost, and margin control and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a complex, fast-paced, multi-faceted, and continuously evolving business with strong financial acumen and a keen focus on revenue and margin optimization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required. Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
· CPA required.
· 3+ years of Public and/or private accounting experience.
· Progressive responsibility and senior management experience in a mid to large size company desired.
· Previous experience working in manufacturing, media or call center companies desired.
· Proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
· Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Highly developed interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
· Ability to manage a variety of responsibilities simultaneously while being extremely well-organized and detail-oriented.
· Ability and desire to work effectively in a team environment.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport or passport card.
· Ability to work effectively in a full or partial remote environment.
Travel may be required both in the United States and Canada.
