Job Description
The Dallas office of McGuireWoods seeks a third year law student to work as a paid law clerk with our Debt Finance team during the fall 2021 semester, for at least 10-20 hours per week. Candidates should possess the ability to interact with business professionals and participate on deal teams and transactions from inception through closing. Excellent academics and writing skills required, with a preference for prior work experience, especially in the areas of finance or business.
