The Finance and Staffing Supervisor Stations will foster and support an inclusive and high-performance operation where team member and customer safety is at the forefront. This role leads a team of Specialist and may focus on one or more finance and staffing related areas such as payroll, day of staffing and schedule planning. The Performance Supervisor interfaces with station leadership to anticipate short term as well as long term staffing and scheduling needs in an effort to ensure a successful operation while balancing safety and productivity to support McGee’s overarching goal to be best- in- class ground handling service.

Establish and maintain a culture that encourages safety and communication, where all team members feel valued, connected, and engaged in the success of the operation
Responsible for monitoring all elements of station payroll and staffing communication
Prepare and communicate various reports to team members and leadership related to staffing information, payroll.
Monitor staffing throughout the shifts to ensure proper staffing levels and productivity metrics are being maintained
Provides leadership, direction, and development to a team of Specialists(Timekeepers, Operations Specialist, Scheduling Specialists)
Perform duties listed in Supervisor Job Description regarding leadership of the team and operation
Lead briefings with a focus on planned changes, explaining reasons for changes, safety topics, performance, and recognition
Assists with defining the strategy, goals, objectives, and requirements for the Staffing department.
Create staff bids ensuring compliance with the union contract while meeting operational and budgetary needs.
Provide solutions for current and upcoming operations regarding shift assignments and provide solutions to the operational leadership team
Monitors situations through times of irregular operations and unscheduled events to recommend staffing adjustments
Demonstrate and maintain open and honest communication, creating an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture that demonstrates McGee’s values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability, and Pride

We’d love if you have some of these….
Two (2) years of airline experience with proven skills in station operations, including one of the following areas: passenger service, cargo handling, fleet service, and ground operations
A minimum of one (1) years of successful experience related to scheduling and/or time and attendance or resource (staffing) planning experience required
Experience coaching and counseling team members on performance related issues required
Knowledge/experience working in financial systems, time & attendance systems, payroll systems, HR systems, and reporting systems preferred
Highly self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to diffuse tense and/or stressful situations and workplace conflicts
A self-motivated individual able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Able to lead, motivate, and successfully communicate with a diverse workgroup
Proven ability to direct the work of others in a positive way
Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal history check, drug screen and fingerprinting
Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
