A well-established logistics company is seeking an Accounting Manager. Are you a Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? What we are looking for:

- Well developed Microsoft Excel skills
- Prior experience using Quickbooks
- 5+ years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years as in a Senior Accountant role
- CPA or MBA would be a plus but not required
What you will be doing:
- Compiling and analyzng financial information to prepare financial statements and contractor payroll statements
- Preparing & uploading journal entries, transferring data for multiple software into Quickbooks
- Reconciling ProTransport data to Quickbooks
- Ensuring accounting tasks are being completed in a timely manner
- Managing the Month End Close
- Developing and ensuring correctness of all reconciliations in Quickbooks
- Assisting with the Budgetnig and Forecasting process
- Current team has 3 Accountants and 3 accounting assisstants
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities as Assigned
