MAXX Property Management is one of the fastest growing property management companies in Utah, Western Idaho, and Arizona. We are looking for a driven, motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Finance/Office Manager. This person is key in achieving our goal of creating a personalized and exceptional experience for all our current and potential residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process incoming applications from prospective tenants
2. Enter tenant rent payments, security deposits, etc.
3. Enter invoices from vendors
4. Assist with violation and fine postings for MAXX PM and the HOA company
5. Applicant, owner, and tenant communication
6. Other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills:
1. Ability to read & understand a variety of paystubs
2. Excellent attention to detail is required
3. Excel proficiency is required
4. AR/AP experience is a plus
5. Property management experience preferred
6. Experience with AppFolio is a plus
