We are looking to recruit a Media Buyer who specializes in Facebook Ads. This is a rapidly changing, influential position covering multiple aspects of the business. We have 100 staff globally, and are trying to build our team further.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns that align with our business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and opportunities for growth.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and optimize for better results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and impactful ad content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and on time.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor, as well as experience with other social media advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform and optimize campaigns.
• Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
