Why Kichler?
At Kichler Lighting, we are more than just a lighting company. We’re a “bring people together” company. Everything we do, every single day, is with the intention of creating and delivering products that allow people to “see” what matters most to them!
We accomplish this by encouraging forward thinking; building an environment where our team can ask the tough questions, “Why not?” and “What could be?”. We believe our dreamers and innovators can change the world. We recognize our organization is at its best, when we are blended with different backgrounds and experiences. We believe transparency and teamwork should be an integral part of any inclusive work environment. We want everyone to achieve their goals; we are committed to our team’s own development.
