4.0 Quick Apply Full-time 20 hours ago Full Job Description Job Responsibilities Communicate effectively with our internal and external operations team to help manage project costs for monthly billing to clients. Prepare and manage all daily invoices and send to PM’s and Field Management for approval. Code and post accurately into the accounting system and set to pay for weekly check runs. Process and mail out all vendor and subcontract payments per contract requirements. Reconcile all vendor statements monthly for accuracy and resolve any invoice discrepancies. Obtain all required Lien releases from suppliers and subcontractors. File NTO’s and maintain project Lien Release log Perform general accounting projects and task as assigned for monthly closings. Work to improve processes in assigned accounting functions. Job Requirements Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or in a teamwork environment effectively and efficiently. 2 years construction accounting experience preferred. High School or Equivalent required. AA or AS Degree preferred Proven work experience in accounting with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Be able to multitask and have solid understanding of basic accounting principles in A/P and A/R. Strong Data Entry Skills with Excel and Microsoft experience. (SAGE Contractor 100 a plus) Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
