Job Description
The FP&A team serves as a trusted advisor to the business to help inform and guide decision making through business partner support and innovative & insightful analyses. We are looking for bright, goal-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and thrive in building and improving processes. As a Manager, you will play an integral part on the FP&A team supporting our Sales organization. This role calls for a strong, proactive individual who has a proven track record who can autonomously drive projects in a fast paced, collaborative environment and interface confidently with executive level management
What You Will Do:
Manage the rolling Sales operating plan, inclusive of Headcount, Commissions, T&E, and other operating expenses
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting – analyze financial results, distill/synthesize key trends, and communicate key messages to senior management
Analyze financial and operational information to develop KPIs that help provide insights into Sales effectiveness.
Evaluate channel/partnership/tech alliance performance, promotion analysis, and Proof-of-Value conversions
Manage the Annual Planning Process in coordination with Sales management
Assist Sales Leadership with analysis and presentation of key metrics and reporting
Provide analytical support in deal pricing and review contract structure
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant corporate experience
In-depth knowledge with Software as a Subscription (SaaS) related terminology and metrics
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with staff members of all levels
Must be self-motivated with an energetic, results-oriented and customer-focused style, coupled with strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage changing priorities based on department and company needs with diplomacy
High attention to details and task/goal oriented and takes ownership
