Position Responsibilities
Ø Perform daily balancing, posting, and closing of General Ledger.
Ø Maintain files and complete payment preparation for weekly accounts payable.
Ø Fixed Asset / Prepaid / Investment Set-up.
Ø Prepare weekly payroll reconciliation.
Ø Prepare daily and/or monthly general ledger & internal checking account reconciliations.
Ø Create weekly and monthly regulatory and internal management reports.
Ø Other special projects as assigned by Assistant Controller.
Ø Perform related work activities as required to meet department and Bank‑wide goals.
Position Qualifications
Ø Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
Ø Banking And/or Accounting Experience Preferred But Not Required.
Ø Excellent attention to details, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency and computer knowledge (windows, word, excel spreadsheets).
Physical & Environmental Aspects
Ø Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Ø Work is normally performed in an office environment.
Ø May operate office equipment necessary to perform job function.
