RECRUITMENT MANAGER
FULL TIME, REMOTE
Managed Resources, Inc. is a nationwide healthcare revenue cycle consulting and services company that has been providing valuable services to many of the most prestigious healthcare organizations in the nation since 1994. As a Recruitment Manager you’ll play an essential role in delivering best-in-class talent to support our company teams, client needs and achieve our growth goals. Role functions include, but not limited to, applicant targeting, sourcing, screening, qualifying, presenting, and pipelining for current or future company needs.
Accountabilities:
· Oversee Recruitment Department staff, resources and deliverables
· Serve as the company liaison with vendors to ensure services provided are meeting company needs
· Meet with team leaders to identify and understand recruiting needs
· Create a talent pipeline that will help support company functions
· Oversee entire candidate process for all designated open positions and be able to recruit and place candidates with a sense of urgency.
· Prioritize and complete recruiting projects according to deadlines.
Essential Job Functions:
Complete the following functions in accordance with Managed Resources policies:
· Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in order to resolve candidates’ needs.
· Maintain relationships with candidates and obtain referrals.
· Assist with onboarding new applicants
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
· Minimum 2+ years as a Lead, Supervisor or Manager overseeing recruiters
· Experience training and developing recruiters
· Experience in recruiting in the healthcare or recruitment industry preferred.
· Ability to manage an end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to qualifying candidates.
· Recruiting software experience.
· Excellent data tracking skills.
· Proven track record in ability to proactively source candidates by phone, database, online resources, and networking channels.
· Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
· Must be a self-motivated individual.
· Ability to interact with all levels of management.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
