Salary: 80k-115k +

Job Overview:

General Managers are responsible for all sales, mitigation/repair production, financial and HR activities within a geographic area. They are expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain superior client relationships while performing restoration activities for water, fire, mold, cleaning, and other interrelated remediation assignments.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Implement strategic business plan and formulate policies

• Allocating budget resources, ensure that company and job budgets are maintained and met

• Exceed company targets for sales, net profit, quality ratings, and customer satisfaction

• Provide vision, leadership, and discipline regarding long term growth

• Communicate clearly

• Manage and prepare financial reports

• Hiring and training and motivating team members

**Note: Employee’s duties and responsibilities are not limited by the above**

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role

• Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, marketing, operations etc.)

• Strong leadership and management skills

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
• Proficient in technologies such as smartphone, tablet, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as required by the position
• Attention to detail
• Takes initiative in solving problems
• Strong people skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
