The Program Manager should oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals. He/she coordinate activities between multiple projects, manage the main program, giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation. This position carries the accountability for the success of the program and routine reporting to the executives and organization management. Top resonsiblities of the Data Program Manager are: 1. Improving processes A program manager gathers data and analyzes the performance of past projects in the hopes of finding new ways to become more efficient and further streamline future projects.
Must haves:
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences using an excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lead functional and technical teams. Partnering with internal Finance and IT function leads and our system integrator to develop, document and execute a series of comprehensive plans supporting financial systems transformation and roadmap
Experience translating business needs into technical implementations, including mapping out business processes and functional models
Developing and setting deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of large programs
Coaching and mentoring other Finance Project Managers in their daily tasks and developing a solid reporting dashboard
Create a resourcing plan for the initial implementation and ongoing activities
Demonstrating ability working in a fast-paced environment, changing priorities, and diverse groups of stakeholders
Ability to drive conflict resolutions when managing issues, risks, and requirement
Being comfort and flexible with risk and trying new tools
Ability to track requirements all the way from the task level to the program level
Familiarity with Agile development methodology and experience working in iterative development cycles
Experience scoping, managing and executing programs and projects following structured methodologies and PMO processes
PMI Certification (Project or Program)
Nice haves:
Working knowledge of Yardi ERP
Experience working with a variety of databases, APIs, and formats to extract and transform data
Experience in data manipulation and analysis
